Conditions

General : Tariffs are quoted on our website in South African Rand (ZAR) per room/apartment for one or two people maximum, and are subject to change until deposit is cashed. Rates are inclusive of VAT and off-street parking for one car. Whilst every effort is made to ensure you receive the specific apartment and facilities requested, this cannot be guaranteed.
Bookings: Provisional bookings are held for 48 hours, and will thereafter lapse if not confirmed by a deposit
Deposit: A deposit of 25 % (to 50 % in peak season) of the total accommodation with a minimum value of one night accommodation is required within 48 hours after making the reservation, in order to secure the booking. 5% bank charge on credit card payments
Cancellation: Our cancellation policy automatically applies to each booking made on a form.
Balance of payment : The full payment of the total accommodation amount is due in cash within 24 hours upon arrival. Payment in foreign currencies (Transfer, Credit Card) subject to 5% bank charge.

NB: The total accommodation amount is the amount that would have been fully due for the dates/rooms specified on this reservation request.
